Little is actually known about the Tattooed Man. The only thing we know throughout most of the game is that he is willing to help Akemi navigate to her destination.

TRIVIA:

○ His actual name, "Rei," is another way of saying "ghost" in Japanese (according to Google translate :^).

○ As this game has been an idea for many years now, the tattooed man's design has went through many stages. He originally was lankier, taller, and more sullen looking, but at last minute I decided to make his character fit in with the rest of the game's design.
